30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee
If you or your pet aren't happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
How to Start a Return

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days once we receive your return.
